Giroscope renovates empty properties in West Hull and builds new houses. We want all our tenants to live in a sustainable home. So, we are working hard to make sure that our properties are as energy efficient as possible. As long as the terms of your tenancy are met, you will be able to remain in your home for as long as you wish.
Our enterprise spaces across Hull are rooted in place, shaped by people and designed to help businesses do their best work. Set within a mix of restored heritage buildings, practical yards and flexible commercial environments, they combine quality design with adaptable ways of working. Each space is different, but all are created to support growth, experimentation and collaboration, offering flexible arrangements that can evolve as businesses develop.
With housing at the heart of Giroscope’s work, it is the provision of high quality volunteer and work placement opportunities for a wide range of people that enables the heart to beat. We provide hands on experience in construction, bicycle repair, IT refurbishment, gardening and catering, as well as giving people help with accessing external training and finding employment. Giroscope provides a supportive work environment to meet the requirements of all abilities and needs.
