Built on land to the rear of our office in Coltman St., west Hull, the self-build project is in the heart of our neighbourhood.
We broke ground in mid 2019 with the tenants to be directly involved in the construction of the buildings, and ground-works were completed by the end of the year.
We look forward to the project proving to be the pilot for creating sustainable, replicable and affordable rented homes that we can use to develop other vacant plots of land in our neighbourhood.
