Youth Support Worker

Safe, Secure, Settled in partnership with Vulcan Boxing Gym and Giroscope, are looking for a motivated individual to work with vulnerable young people across the city of Hull. You will be primarily based in West Hull though will work with young people across the city alongside Giroscope tenants.

Safe, Secure, Settled is an initiative funded by Comic Relief which aims to secure sustainable housing for young people in Hull, they then progress onto a six week sports programme, followed by work based training opportunities. The chosen candidate will be involved in the initial set up of the project and responsible for supporting 16-25 year-olds who undertake the programme.

You will have the support of colleagues who share your skill, enthusiasm and motivation. Your work may be challenging, but always stimulating and rewarding.

Youth Support Worker

37.5 hours/week

£18,000 – £20,000 per annum (depending on experience/skills)

Based between Giroscope and Vulcan Boxing Gym
