Food is the foundation of human nature and health and wellbeing are not a luxury. They are the bedrock of any functioning society. Good food shouldn’t be exclusive and expensive; it is the glue that holds us all together. Here at 23 we aim to enrich and develop the local community, guided by these principles, to provide high-quality nutritious food for all, regardless of circumstances. This starts by making things from scratch, whether that is bread and pizza or mayonnaise and sauces, by working from the ground up we can make sure our food is not only hot and delicious but balanced and varied.
Our aim is to cut out waste and highly processed foods by showing people the pride and delights that can come from creating food from scratch. When we are catering for hundreds of people or working to a tight budget, with some knowledge, we can show you how to achieve the food of your dreams.
