The project supports individuals in building horticultural skills and providing paid work experience. Participants are involved in real tasks that contribute to local green spaces, while gaining confidence, routine and experience which can open doors into employment.
As part of Giroscope’s wider community-led work, Sycamore Gardening combine environmental care with social impact. It offers a welcoming, down-to-earth setting where people can develop skills, earn while they learn and be part of a supportive working environment that values people as much as the work itself.
