Providing quality, affordable homes is our priority. We also improve our community through research, focusing on neighbourhoods, housing, employment and community engagement.
We believe learning by doing is important. Among other things, we research through listening to stories and telling stories in order to generate new knowledge. We are engaging residents in local innovation that will influence policy. Rather than parachuting ideas from above, we want to encourage grassroots solutions.
