We’re looking for an enterprising, people-focused Business Centre Manager to help St Matthew’s fulfil its commercial potential while keeping it welcoming, accessible and connected to the community. You’ll lead the day-to-day operation of the centre, grow occupancy and bookings, develop new income opportunities and build strong relationships with tenants, customers and partners.

We’re looking for a thoughtful, practical and people-focused Tenancy Support Worker to work alongside Giroscope tenants. You’ll provide personalised one-to-one support, helping people sustain their tenancy, build on their strengths and work towards greater independence and wellbeing.

We have kept our cooperative ethos and you can get involved across the full range of our activities. This includes collaboration with local businesses, opportunities for students or interns, traineeships, supported volunteering and paid work experience placements.
Through our traineeships, paid work experience placements or supported volunteering, you can be a part of something meaningful and support our community enterprises. You will be a part of our neighbourhood regeneration work in HU3 while growing your skills and confidence and making connections which will help you on your journey into employment.
Opportunities include catering, event management, hospitality, bike repair, construction, IT repair and gardening. We also offer employment and enterprise support, IT classes, a range of accredited training courses, events and trips.
