Find the space, support and connections to take your next steps at the St Matthew’s Community Enterprise Centre.
People walk past every day. Some remember what it used to be. Most don’t know what’s inside now. St Matthew’s Community Enterprise Centre is a former church transformed into a working hub for enterprise, collaboration and ideas.
Now, Hull residents can have up to six months of free coworking space from May to October this year. That’s six months to focus, get out of the house, and find like-minded people. This is a place where people come to work, meet and get their ideas off the ground. Nothing corporate or intimidating. Just a place that works for you.
St Matthew’s is about more than desks and Wi-Fi. It’s a place where people can find confidence, make connections and take the next step with their ideas, whatever stage they’re at. There’s no pressure and no need for a big plan.
Megan Browne, St Matthew's Community Enterprise Centre Coordinator
St Matthew’s is part of something bigger. Through Giroscope’s work across Hull, buildings are brought back into use, skills are developed, and real opportunities are created. It’s all part of a long-term approach to building better neighbourhoods and encouraging enterprise.
